Voloshyn Gallery presents a solo show of Daniil Revkovskiy and Andriy Rachinskiy entitled "Tailings Dam. Engineer", exhibition curator – Ksenia Malykh.

Daniil Revkovskiy and Andriy Rachinskiy present the continuation of the Tailings Damseries, the first part of which, in the form of the Museum of Human Civilization, was exhibited at the PinchukArtCentre earlier this year. Voloshyn gallery will present a branch of the Tailings dam's history, historically dating back to 1937-1944, and geographically concerning the modern borders of Kryvyi Rih city.

The exhibition tells the story of an engineer at the Kryvorizhstal metallurgical and processing plant, who, for unknown reasons, lived with his family in a hiding place at the site of the future tailing dump. Living in paranoia due to historical and political circumstances; on the search for appropriate types of activist practices, in the interpretation of artists, they turn into artistic objects.
