Grzeszykowska is represented by Raster Gallery and Lyles & King. She lives and works in Warsaw. 

Her works have been included in prestigious collections such as the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, Centre Pompidou in Paris, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Miami Art Museum, MSN Warsaw, Zachęta – National Gallery of Art, and Museum of Art in Łódź. Grzeszykowska was awarded the Paszport Polityki award in the Visual Arts category in 2014.
