The exhibition will take place from 24th February till 8th March in Novomatic Forum in Vienna. It is going to show to the Europeans the main feature of Ukrainian mentality – aspiration to the freedom.
For the Ukrainian artists freedom is an obligatory condition for creative work. Archetype of freedom comes out in their works with the open space, free forms, dynamic strokes and powerful color. The accent will be made on pictural art.
The exhibition will present the artists of different generations who took the risk to cross a line and break the stereotypes: Ivan Marchuk, Anatoliy Kryvolap, Hanna Kryvolap, Olexander Roitburd, Borys Buryak, Mykola Zhuravel, Mykhailo Demtsyu, Max Vityk, Matvij Vaisberg, Petro Lebedynets, Mykhailo Deyak, Olexander Zhivotkov, Viktor Sydorenko, Viktor Deisun, Leonid Kozlov, Stepan Ryabchenko.
The exhibition works from February 24 till March 8, 2014.
